Precautions for Handling Products

  • The product is made of Sterling silver (Silver 925) and silver is a soft convenience metal, so be careful of physical friction and impact.
  • Please note that due to the nature of silver products, discoloration occurs due to sulfur in the air, sweat, moisture, cosmetics, and detergents.
  • The discoloration of silver products is a natural phenomenon caused by oxidation, so please keep them sealed as much as possible when not wearing them to minimize discoloration.
Product Management Guide 

  • Silver products are oxidized by moisture and air over time, causing discoloration. To prevent discoloration, keep them sealed.
  • In case of discoloration, wipe gently with a soft or glossy cloth.
  • If you use a separate silver cleaner, the emulsified part may be erased as well. Please be careful.
Exchange/Return and Refund Information

  • All products are custom-made by hand after ordering and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, except for returns/exchanges due to the seller's fault (color, size, product defect, or product different from the product ordered).
  • All products can be exchanged/returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, and general requests that have not been agreed upon may be withdrawn.
  • All service requests can be received through e-mail or Instagram DM, and the service proceeds through consultation.

If exchange/return is not possible

  • After confirming the order, custom production is carried out by hand, so cancellation due to a simple change of mind during the production process is not possible.
  • Exchanges/returns are not possible if you order the wrong size.
  • Due to the nature of the work during product production, all products may have slight differences from the photos, bubble marks, and scratches, which cannot be a reason for return.
  • In case the product is lost or damaged due to the fault of the consumer (except when the packaging is damaged to check the contents)
  • Where the value of an object has clearly decreased due to use by the consumer
  • For products produced individually, such as custom orders or requests for imprinting
  • The warranty period is one year after purchase. Repair costs may be incurred depending on the condition of the product, and round-trip shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
  • A/S will be conducted after consultation, and please enclose the warranty with the product.
